Your information is used to deliver what you requested.
One Perfect, Inc. operates The Presence Shift. We collect the email address you enter, your consent record, where and when you signed up, and limited technical information needed to operate, protect, and measure the service. If you separately choose SMS, we may also collect your mobile number and the exact SMS consent text, version, time, and source.
How information is used
We use information to deliver the 60-Second Presence requested at signup and, when separately authorized, occasional new Presence Shifts, practice reminders, and event or program invitations. We also use it to provide support, protect the service, maintain security, honor communication choices, measure bounded delivery and use, and comply with law.
The Presence Shift SMS
SMS permission is separate, affirmative, and optional. The Presence Shift SMS may send up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Terms and Conditions.
Mobile-information protections
We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate the program, deliver messages, provide security or support, or comply with law.
Retention, suppression, deletion, and contact
We retain consent and messaging records only as reasonably needed to operate the program, document permission, protect the service, and meet legal or compliance obligations. If you opt out, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to ensure that your number is not messaged again without new consent. You may request access to or deletion of other information by contacting us. A legally required suppression record may be retained after a deletion request.
Bounded engagement measurement
The site may record bounded milestones such as a page load, video start, or completion using internal identifiers and limited labels. SMS Shift events use the separate sms_shift_* measurement family. An SMS Shift does not count as email Welcome completion and does not satisfy Day 2 eligibility. These records are not designed to store your private moment, free-text emotional content, diagnosis, or health information.
Services we use
Vercel hosts the application, Neon stores subscription and bounded engagement records, Resend sends owned email, and Twilio may transmit SMS messages and related delivery, support, or opt-out signals. Meta may collect a separately presented SMS opt-in and provide the resulting lead to our owned system or a bounded connector. These providers may process information only for the contracted service, security, support, or legal-compliance purposes described above.
Non-clinical wellness boundary
The Presence Shift provides educational wellness and presence-training content. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or an emergency service. Do not use email or SMS for emergencies.
Additional technical details
Operational records may include normalized contact information, consent version and time, source, delivery status, bounded engagement events, provider status, suppression status, and safe timestamps. Logs and health reporting are designed to exclude raw email addresses, mobile numbers, provider tokens, signed links, authorization headers, and secret values.
