The Presence Shift SMS
The Presence Shift SMS is operated by One Perfect, Inc. These terms govern the separately consented recurring marketing text-messaging program.
Program messages
Our signup form offers one optional SMS marketing consent, unchecked by default. Selecting it authorizes recurring automated marketing texts from One Perfect, Inc. about The Presence Shift®.
Messages promote our own mindfulness and meditation videos, free online events, and paid educational programs. This campaign does not offer a separate requested-video-only text option.
Messages are from One Perfect, Inc., which operates The Presence Shift. Frequency is up to six marketing texts per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may submit the form and access the free guided practice without choosing SMS marketing. Providing a phone number, signing up for email, or submitting the form alone does not authorize marketing texts.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out suppression is retained so that we can honor your request and prevent additional messages unless you later provide new SMS consent.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and network availability.
Consent changes
The permission described here is limited to the message categories and frequency above. Materially different messaging or a higher message frequency requires new consent before it begins. If you previously consented to a lower frequency, that limit continues to apply until you provide new consent. SMS consent and email consent remain separate choices. Any earlier permission for a single requested text does not authorize recurring marketing messages.

Educational scope
The Presence Shift teaches mindfulness and meditation through educational videos, events, and programs. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or an emergency service. Do not use SMS for emergencies.
