The Presence Shift SMS

The Presence Shift SMS is operated by One Perfect, Inc. These terms govern the separately consented text-messaging program.

Program messages

If you separately and affirmatively opt in, messages may include the 60-Second Presence requested at signup, occasional new Presence Shifts, practice reminders, and occasional event or program invitations. Message frequency is up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out suppression is retained so that we can honor your request and prevent additional messages unless you later provide new SMS consent.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and network availability.

Consent changes

The permission described here is limited to the message categories and frequency above. Materially different messaging or a higher message frequency requires new consent before it begins. SMS consent and email consent remain separate choices.

Non-clinical wellness boundary

The Presence Shift provides educational wellness and presence-training content. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or an emergency service. Do not use SMS for emergencies.
